Volunteer Requirements and Responsibilities for RYA

-At least 25 and older; 21 and older will be considered if currently in an institute of higher learning and/or have significant experience with the LGBTQ population.

-Some experience and knowledge around mental health issues and the LGBTQ community.

-An initial interview is required with the RYA Coordinator and/or another volunteer member before volunteer work begins.

-There are also quarterly volunteer meetings that you are expected to attend to help with additional planning and group cohesion.
